Scene 1: The Kalesh Dispute Sagar and Vedika come running when Sagar sees the Kalesh (a sacred pot) and gets worried. Koyal goes to pick it up, but Mauri says that no one will listen to them and they are not wrong. Rageshwari stops them and asks how they got the Kalesh. Koyal says it is from their family, but Vedika accuses Koyal of lying and stealing the Kalesh from her house. Koyal insists it belongs to her family, and Sagar tries to support her, but Koyal says it is from her mother’s family.
Scene 2: Proving the Kalesh’s Authenticity Rageshwari asks if they even know the meaning of an ancestral item and asks Mauri to read what is written on the Kalesh. Lali suggests that Rageshwari should put the Kalesh on her forehead to check its authenticity. Saraswathi gets angry and demands Koyal to tell the truth about where they got it. Rageshwari brings another Kalesh from the Mandir (temple). Mauri suggests they should leave, but Koyal refuses, saying her mother wouldn’t let her touch it. Vedika insists that Koyal should first tell the truth about the Kalesh.
Scene 3: Mauri’s Confession Mauri says that Rageshwari can keep the Kalesh if she likes. Koyal insists she is not lying and that her family gave it to her mother. Saraswathi also asks Mauri to tell the truth, but Mauri says she cannot make a fake vow. Vedika accuses Mauri of stealing it, but Mauri says she found it. Mauri warns Koyal not to ask her because she cannot reveal the truth. Rageshwari warns Mauri not to test her patience, or she will be punished. Mauri says she cannot tell the truth because she swore not to, as it would break Koyal’s heart. Sagar asks where the rules were when she stole the necklace. Mauri says she found the Kalesh when she found Koyal and reveals that she did not give birth to Koyal. Everyone is shocked.
Scene 4: Koyal’s Realization Mauri turns to Koyal and says she found her near the roadside at the age of five, and the Kalesh was with her. Lali says this is a new twist. Koyal questions what Mauri is saying and asks if she is not her real daughter. Mauri replies that it is true; she found Koyal near an accident site twenty years ago but did not tell her that her parents died in the accident to protect her heart. Mauri explains that Koyal did not remember anything, and she decided to keep her as her own daughter. When Koyal asked about the Kalesh, Mauri lied that it was from her family, but it actually belonged to Koyal’s family. Hearing this, Koyal starts crying, and Mauri hugs her tightly, telling her to control her emotions.
Scene 5: Family’s Reaction Koyal tells Mauri she is overacting. Mauri doesn’t understand why the Maheshwari family members are so furious. She asks if Rageshwari is Koyal’s mother. Lali says Koyal is very young, and Rageshwari has a grandson of her age. Degvijay instructs Lali to keep quiet. Saraswathi reveals that the accident happened to her family and that her daughters got separated from them. Mauri asks if they have the Kalesh. Saraswathi replies that the Kalesh belongs to their family, and even Mr. and Mrs. Sharma had it. Rageshwari claims it is a fake. Vedika insists they had the real Kalesh, which was stolen from their house. Vedika says she cannot trust Koyal, and Saraswathi supports her.
Scene 6: Mauri’s Admission Mauri says she forced Koyal to steal the necklace during the pooja (prayer ceremony) by pretending to be sick. After they were caught, Koyal went back to return it but got recorded. Rageshwari says they all know the story of the robbery, but this new story is very interesting. Mauri says she had the Kalesh with her ever since she found Koyal, but when they were leaving, everyone started asking questions. Mauri says Saraswathi is very fortunate to have a daughter like Koyal because she is very intelligent and is her real daughter, Jhanvi. Vedika starts screaming that it is a lie and that she is the real Jhanvi. Saraswathi signals Vedika to stay calm.
Scene 7: The Argument Escalates Lali wonders if Koyal is Yamini but thinks that one of them is real and the other is a liar. Vedika says that Koyal is a thief, which was proven in front of everyone. Koyal replies that Vedika has done wrong things too, but Sagar asks Koyal to stay quiet. Koyal says that if someone is accused of being a thief, no one listens to them. Koyal asks Vedika how many times they have talked about Saraswathi and her daughters. Koyal says that Sagar wouldn’t be able to hear it. Koyal says that ever since Vedika found out about Saraswathi’s lost daughters, she thought of pretending to be her daughter to solve all her problems. Vedika replies that Koyal is lying and that she doesn’t want to live a luxurious life like Koyal. Vedika says she has done a lot for Koyal and stood by her side, but today, when Koyal came to apologize, she felt bad, but Koyal didn’t care. Sagar asks Vedika to calm down. Vedika says that Koyal wants to steal the identity she just found out about, and even her mother and Sagar support her. Saraswathi says it can never happen.
Scene 8: Saraswathi’s Collapse Koyal pulls Vedika, saying she is just telling the truth that when Mauri found her, she had the Kalesh. Saraswathi cannot bear it and falls on Rageshwari, who helps her. Everyone gets worried. Sagar and Kamal also come forward, and Vedika is stunned.
